If you ever need to convert the data in a word document into a PowerPoint presentation then your life is about to get a lot easier. Microsoft has confirmed that it is working on an automatic converter that can convert a regular Word document into a complete presentation complete with images.
New Microsoft tool
Insider has all the details for this new feature. Although it is not yet available in Word for everyone, you can use it if you are using the Insider First Release and have received the update.
If you have it then creating PowerPoint won't be easier. Just open a document in Word for the web and then select File> Convert> Convert to PowerPoint Presentation. Microsoft's AI will then create a complete PowerPoint presentation using the summary sections of the document. It will also add videos, photos, and themes on the go.
Access to PowerPoint faster
Using Word, Microsoft introduces the automatic creation of PowerPoint using a Word document as its basis. If you're an Office Insider, be sure to try this feature and see if it's a productivity force or an incorrect attempt at automation.
If you do not have Microsoft Word but you like this feature, did you know that there are ways to get Word for free? There are mobile apps and online versions that don't require payment to use them.
