Users of these services seem to encounter problems when creating new documents. When you try to do this, a warning says "An error has been found," and the work cannot continue even though the page is reloaded or accessed with another browser.
Websites like DownDetector have seen a rise in the number of reports submitted by users, with reference to services like Google Drive, Google Classroom, or Google's search engine. However, the problems seem to primarily affect some tools but not others.
The Google Workspace status page states that Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets are the primary tools affected by this issue. Therefore, the company is expected to actually work on a solution to the problem, although it has not commented for the time being on the matter.
