According to some reports, this new release will include new accessories, as Google is working on developing a keyboard and a stylus, which were not available in previous versions.
Google launched its first Pixel tablet in 2023, which came with a charging dock that included a speaker.

Speculation is growing that the Pixel Tablet 2 might feature an improved camera, especially following the release of the first generation tablet, which had an 8-megapixel rear camera with an f/2.0 lens aperture and a 1/4-inch sensor, along with an 84-degree field of view.

Although the exact details of the Pixel Tablet 2’s camera are still unknown, it is expected that Google will work on improving overall performance, including an upgrade to the camera. The device is also likely to come with a new chip, potentially the Tensor G4 or even the Tensor G5, which would be an update to the Tensor G2 chip in the first version.
**Android Authority** reported that Google is currently working on a prototype of the Pixel Tablet 2 equipped with a keyboard cover, which will connect to the device via pogo pins on the back, and it will also include additional support for the tablet.
