Juventus Beats Milan 2-0 in Serie A Clash

Juventus secured an important 2-0 victory over Milan at the Allianz Stadium in Turin, during the 21st round of Serie A.

After a series of draws, where Juventus earned a point in each of the 13 matches, they bounced back strongly against Milan and avenged their defeat in the Italian Super Cup.

The first half saw Juventus dominate, missing several chances through Koopmeiners and Nico González, with Milan's goalkeeper Mike Maignan shining with key saves against Kenan Yıldız toward the end of the half.

On the other side, Milan tried to threaten through Rafael Leão and Theo Hernández, who had a two-pronged opportunity, but Juventus' defense and goalkeeper De Gregorio held firm.

The second half was completely different, as Milan lost focus while Juventus, led by Thiago Motta, took full control.

Timothy Weah replaced Kenan Yıldız in the Juventus lineup, and Maignan once again performed heroically, denying Koopmeiners and Nico González after just 10 minutes into the half.

In the 59th minute, Juventus finally found the net through young player Samuel Mbangula, who scored with a rocket shot after a pass from Nico González. The ball deflected off Emerson's leg, hit Maignan, and struck the crossbar before going in, seemingly destined to beat the French goalkeeper.

A yellow card was shown to Ismaël Bennacer in the 61st minute, and two minutes later, he was substituted for Alex Jiménez.

Juventus continued their relentless pressure, and Timothy Weah made it 2-0 after a pass from Khéphren Thuram, celebrating his goal against his father George Weah's former team.

It seemed like coach Conceição was pulling out any player who received a card. After referee issued a yellow card to Emerson Royal, he was substituted for young Camarda, and on the other side, Douglas Luiz replaced Koopmeiners.

Juventus maintained their control while Milan struggled to break free from their own half, lacking the focus and organization Juventus had under Thiago Motta.

Motta made further changes, bringing on Vlahović and Fagioli for Thuram and González with seven minutes left.

Milan couldn't respond to Juventus' strength and resilience, as the Bianconeri regained their winning form and avenged their previous defeat against Milan and Conceição, who suffered his first loss with Milan.

This victory brought Juventus' points total to 37, temporarily placing them fourth, while Milan remained in eighth with 31 points, still having one game in hand.
